Paris Hilton was trying to hide from the paparazzi by donning several disguises while in Paris. She wasn’t very successful though as the paps still recognized her along with a LOT of people on the street.

Gee Paris, I don’t know, maybe it was the big, burly bodyguards, the “look-at-me” oversized sunglasses or the fact that Nicky Hilton was walking beside you that gave you away?

Anyway, aside from Paris Hilton’s interesting attempts at disguising herself, another interesting item in her pictures is her crystal leopard print messenger bag. It’s leopard print, but crystallized!

July 15, 2010 – Paris Hilton spends a day shopping in France in the city of her namesake

Digitalized, almost pixelated leopard print – what a cool take on the leopard print trend! The print formed by crystal studs looks very much like leopard spots when viewed from afar but it’s a little harder to decipher up close (check out the product images at the link at the end of this post).

This bag inspired a search for other cross body bags with new, interesting twists to the leopard print and these are the three that I found:

1. Foley + Corinna Disco City Bag, $215.00. Bleached out leopard print – it kinda looks like it’s right side out.

Sometimes, the leopard print can look really old so I find these purses really refreshing to look at.

Off screen celebrity couple Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were spotted doing some PDA while out in New York City two days ago (July 13). Penn did a bit of butt squeezing on Blake and the naughty but cute deed was fully captured on camera.

I have to say, I never thought these two would last. But they seem to be going really strong. Penn is one lucky guy, that much I can say. Blake is such a catch – tall, blond, beautiful, and likes being in the relationship. What more can a guy ask for?

PDA aside, I love Blake’s outfit; her look is the precise embodiment of summer chic. The dress is simple, but with the accessories, she’s all picture perfect.

Try checking Net-A-Porter.com if they have the sandals on stock. As for the bag, it remains to be a bit of a mystery because I can’t find it in the Anthropologie website. It’s probably a fresh one that’s not available online yet.

Here’s yet another cross body purse sighting on Rachel Bilson. I have yet to make an official count but I think she’s the reigning cross body purse queen here on our blog!

The sighting was made on the the 28-year-old actress’s zoo trip to the LA Zoo & Botanical Gardens with her stepmom and her half-sisters last July 13. Here are pictures of what Rachel Bilson wore for the family day and of course, the chain strap cross body purse that she carried:
