Proenza Schouler’s Spring 2012 collection is probably one of my favorite runway shows in the recent New York Fashion Week. Presenting a 1950s-theme, it had an interesting color palette plus an astounding use of handbags and purses. There were boxy metallic satchels and raffia handbags.
