Kellan Lutz Wears Another Crossbody

The Coachella Festival had a lot of attending celebrities wearing the crossbody. We even featured an article on it a few days ago (click here to read article).

Now one celebrity who really caught my attention was Kellan Lutz.

For one thing, he was the only guy celeb I saw carrying one. And for another, he looked really hot while doing so.

Now seeing him carry the crossbody for a third (3rd) time is no revelation; but it does cement the impression that this cutie truly loves the bag.

If you’re a guy and you like this Kellan Lutz style, you can emulate it but you’ll have to go through a tough workout routine because Kellan is really buff! (Analynne McCord, you are one lucky girl!)

Now muscles aside, simply don a straw hat, some sunglasses, and any of these man-bags and you’re halfway through looking like a Kellan!

Orlando Bloom Wears a Scarf and a Messenger

Lord of the Rings star Orlando Bloom was spotted arriving in LAX last March 19 after a flight from New York.

Tell me what you think of his attire:

Personally, I think the outfit is very loungy, like he just came from the house and didn’t bother to change. I guess he likes traveling comfy. But honestly, don’t you think he could have done better? I mean, I’m sure there are more presentable comfy clothes out there than a pullover and lounge pants.

I do love the goatie and mustache though, it’s very sexy.

Now as for that scarf around his neck, I have mixed emotions about it. Not many men wear scarves, and when they do, it is usually the thick and more masculine-looking kind. Orly’s scarf on the other hand, is quite thin. Maybe he just borrowed it from his girlfriend. Nonetheless, it seems to go with the whole outfit he’s wearing.

As for the bag, it looks like Orlando likes traveling in a messenger. And I think with this one he made the right choice. On him is a canvas messenger with leather trim, just the perfect piece to pair with casual outfits.

A canvas messenger bag is very versatile and is considered an all-around man-bag by most guys. It can be used for school, traveling, work (if the dress code permits), and going to the beach. Here’s a photo of Reese Witherspoon taken last Christmas (December 2009). She was spotted having coffee with some friends… probably catching up and talking about her recent break-up?

Dressed down in sweater and jeans paired with a classic brown crossbody, Reese looks just like the pretty girl from next door. And with that smile on her face, you wouldn’t think she had just broken with Jake Gyllenhaal. But then again, we all know she was the one who broke it off. Poor Jake, he must be really torn until now. I heard he’s licking his wounds by spending time being an uncle to his sister’s (Maggie Gyllenhaal) kids.

Back to Reese, that brown crossbody on her, pretty much looks like a classic. Some are speculating that it’s a Linea Pelle. However, after checking the designer’s website, I couldn’t find one similar to what Reese is wearing in the picture. So either that bag is very old (from Linea Pelle’s really old collection), or it is very new (a sample from Linea Pelle’s new collection, perhaps?). OR, it could be that the speculation is all wrong and that bag is made by another brand.

Whatever it is, it looks like the kind that can last in your closet for decades (provided it is of good quality and you take great care of it, of course). The basic color and shape of the bag are the things that make it a classic. Much like black, the brown color is also easy to pair with. That’s why every girl should have at least one brown bag in her closet. The same applies for shoes.

The messenger/crossbody style also makes this bag versatile and easy to wear. The coffee shop is not the only place where you can wear such an accessory; you can take this bag to work, to school, to the mall, to the grocery store, to the market, or to the airport. Wherever you may take it, this bag will easily fit right in.
