Remember this gun bag Rihanna was seen toting around New York last August?

Well, it looks like this sparked a trend because the people over at the Marc by Marc Jacobs brand have come out with their own embossed leather handbags too.

Instead of a gun, the Marc by Marc Jacobs bags have a rope and logo plate embossed design. Actually, the description says that there’s a “covered rope and logo plate detail” on this bag so that might mean that there’s a real rope and plate tag underneath the leather.
