I’m not exactly crazy about it. I think she could use an accessory or two, but that purse across her body looks really cute. Could it be a Chanel? Here it is up close:

As for Kirsten’s outfit, I think a hat can do some good and kick her look a few notches up; And maybe switch to cool flats instead of those booties.  Here’s my own interpretation of her style. Tell me what you think of it:
