Rachel Bilson was seen stopping by the Halloween Town store in Burbank, CA last Friday, shopping for a Halloween costume to use this weekend. She has already revealed that she’s going to be her ultimate hero Miss Piggy for Halloween but I’m not sure which of Miss Piggy’s outfits makes use of a cane. Maybe Rachel Bilson is going as a top hat dancing Miss Piggy?
