Check out how long the fringes are, all the way to the ankles. I guess it would definitely be interesting to wear it; kind of like wearing a fringe skirt. But if you’re too short for it, you might step on the fringes by accident and trip, so you’ll have to do some cutting (Ouch! Cutting off the fringes of a bag that costs US$295 sounds a painful!).
